Education
Educating peoples of the Islamic World about western humanities and sciences. This is further encouraged through the Journal of Western Studies (JWS), which seeks to better understand the Western world, to foster relationships between it and the Muslim world. The mission of the journal is to attract the highest quality theoretical research in fields as diverse as literature, philosophy, religion, law, art, cultural studies, history, anthropology, social science, politics, and economics.

To foster the translation of appropriate material into languages of the Islamic World.
